1. Introduction

Welcome to Trekker Srilanka! We are excited to have you join us for an unforgettable adventure. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your booking and participation in our tours and services. Please review them carefully before completing your reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of your trip. Failure to complete payment in full by the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

We accept the following payment methods:

If payment is not received in accordance with the terms outlined above, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

  • Cancellations made 10 or more days before departure: You are eligible for an 80% refund of the total trip cost. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of departure: Unfortunately, cancellations within this period are non-refundable.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, government restrictions, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule the trip. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide you with a credit toward a future trip or offer a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. Before making a reservation, you must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that could impact your participation. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the cancellation of your trip.

  • We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during the trip.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants to ensure protection in case of unexpected events such as accidents, illness, or cancellations.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during the trip.

  • Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors outside of our control.

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the guide and staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we require all participants to adhere to the following:

  • Respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment at all times.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior that could impact the enjoyment of other travelers.

  • Violating the code of conduct may result in your removal from the trip, and no refund will be provided.
